What are my return options?
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 30 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your
return. We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is
unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.
The policy applies for all payment methods including Buy Now & Pay Later payment methods.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours

What is the return policy?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
